In keeping with our responsible approach to this development, we recently lodged a Modification Application that relates to the manner in which ‘Site Establishment’ has been drafted in the Conditions of Consent. In particular we are requesting to extend the duration of the commencement of work period from six to 18 months. This will ensure we can undertake the construction works in a staged manner  which will allow for better management control and minimise  disruption to the community and the environment.
