A temporary wall has been constructed between the The Vines and the northern bund on the site. The condition of consent required us to construct a noise barrier so the community wasn’t impacted by noise during the construction of the northern bund. The wall is approximately 10 metres high and is built from engineered scaffolding and noise-absorbing curtains. It will only be required for about four months and then it will be removed.

The blue colour was raised at our CLC meeting last week. We are now re-covering the wall in a dark green shade cloth to provide minimal impact on the visual amenity of the area.
