The Conditions of Consent of the Project Approval for 星火电竞 Recycling Centre (星火电竞 ) outlines the community liaison actions required by the Proponent. 星火电竞 is well advanced in providing all of the minimum requirements stipulated in the Conditions.
Bingo Industries Limited Group (Bingo), the new owner of the project, is committed to maintaining best practice communication with the local community and will ensure the Conditions continue to be met and, where appropriate, exceeded. Although requirements for community liaison are limited to the implementation of a public information website and a Community Liaison Committee, Bingo recognises the need to provide the Orchard Hills community with ongoing access to the most up to date information on the development of 星火电竞 and opportunities to express their views.
Experienced and IAP2 qualified community engagement and communication specialists assist in the development and implementation of a continuing community liaison strategy.

Community Liaison Committee
A Community Liaison Committee (CLC) has been established. Members of the community were invited to provide expressions of interest to be considered for a role on the CLC. The first meeting took place in June 2017.
Meetings are held 2-3 time each year. Meeting Minutes are posted after each meeting is held.
The next CLC meeting will take place on Tuesday 08 November 2022 .
